The Brief
A quite complicated brief to return a set of historic buildings, that had taken their own particular journey, over the preceding years, back into one 5 bedroom family home. The client was looking to ‘bring the house back to life’ and had selected MMA after an initial meeting with Mike and an overview of the current portfolio of projects undertaken.
The Solution
Re-wiring, re-plumbing, 3 new bathrooms, a complete new kitchen, total re-plastering and bespoke decorating throughout were some of the tasks undertaken to restore this period old cottage to a fully-functioning family home.
The Outcome
A completely transformed property, inside and out, with the usual attention to detail, exemplary service and highest regard for the surrounding neighbourhood and community.
